Pasta with Mussels, Vlams and Cannellini Beans


  • 400 g Monte Castello Cannellini Beans;
  • 320 g paccheri;
  • 1 kg mussels;
  • 1 kg clams;
  • 20 cherry tomatoes;
  • Abundant parsley;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Chili pepper to taste


    Boil the Monte Castello Cannellini Beans, previously soaked, in plenty of water. Drain and set aside. Clean and open mussels and clams separately, keeping their filtered water and shell them. In a large pan, fry the garlic in plenty of oil, add the finely chopped parsley and the cherry tomatoes and the cannellini beans: cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes so that everything takes on flavor. Finally add the mussels and their liquid for 4/5 minutes and then the clams and their liquid for 1-2 minutes. Cook the paccheri and pour into the pan with the sauce, stir well and serve.
