Spelt salad


  • 200 g Monte Castello Pearl Spelt;
  • 200 g tuna;
  • Cherry tomatoes to taste;
  • Rocket to taste;
  • Parmesan flakes to taste;
  • Balsamic vinegar to taste;
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste;
  • Chilli to taste;
  • Salt to taste;


    Boil the Monte Castello Pearl Spelt in salted water. Prepare the sliced ​​cherry tomatoes, tuna and Parmesan flakes in a bowl seasoned with balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, chilli pepper and salt to taste. Drain the spelt and let it cool for a few minutes. When the spelt is lukewarm, pour it into the bowl, stirring well. Let it stand for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle the salad with chopped rocket before serving.
