Monte Castello dehusked red lentils are pulses with a flattened shape and a distinctive bright orange colour.
Small, tender and tasty, thanks to the dehusking, they are quick to cook, ready in a few minutes, and take on a yellow colour after boiling. Rich in protein and easily digestible, they are ideal for soups, velvety soups and vegan and vegetarian preparations.
This product may contain traces of cereals containing gluten.
